Bidders are strongly encouraged to make inspections of all items for sale and fully inform themselves as to the quality, condition, quantity and dimensions of all items.

PLEASE NOTE! This online auction has staggered ending times. When you click on “ALL ITEMS” (above) the first online auction item will close at 3:00 PM. Each online auction item will close one minute after the previous. For Example: The first online auction item closes at 3:00 PM. The second online auction item closes at 3:01 PM. The third online auction item closes at 3:02 PM. This will continue until all online auction items have closed. Also note that extended bidding is still in place. Therefore, if the first online auction item goes into extended bidding the second online auction item will still close at 3:01 PM and the third online auction item will still close at 3:02 PM, etc. (unless they also go into extended bidding) while the first online auction item is still in extended bidding. REMOVAL:
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! Successful bidders must make their removal arrangements to pick up property on Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm CST. Contact Jesse Zapata at (806) 766-1238 to schedule your removal appointment. Before items are released, all bidders must present a copy of the PAID RECEIPT and proper identification (Driver's License). All items must be removed within seven (7) working days after the close of the bid. Items not removed by May 25th, will be subject to a $25.00 per day, per item storage fee that will be charged to the buyer.

Lubbock I.S.D. DOES NOT provide transportation or loading services for successful bidder to remove awarded property. Any and all methods of lifting, towing, & hauling are the buyer's responsibility. If successful bidder chooses to use a private courier service, bidders are responsible for arranging, supplying, and paying ALL packing, shipping, handling, and insurance costs for property awarded through this auction site. Successful bidder must notify Jesse Zapata at (806) 766-1238 or jzapata@lubbockisd.org of their intent to use a private courier service before property is released.

All property offered for sale is "AS-IS" with no warranty or guarantee as to its fitness for any use or purpose offered or implied. All sales are final. Purchaser shall bear all risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury caused by removal, and all cost of removal of goods purchased. Purchaser’s obligation with regard to removal of goods purchased further includes the obligations to repair and restore any damage to any real property or personal property caused by the removal of goods purchased. Purchaser shall be responsible for removal of all goods or items purchased and shall proceed diligently in such removal. Successful bidder assumes all legal liability and/or responsibility once bidder has submitted payment to the Auctioneer whether or not property has left the LISD premises. If successful bidder chooses to use a private courier service, this does not waive the successful bidder liability as stated herein.

Due to limited storage space property not picked-up within 14 working days after close of Auction will result in a $25.00 per day, per LOT storage fee. Storage fees will be collected in form of “cash or cashier check” before property is released. Payment should be made at Lubbock I.S.D., Central Office, 1628 19th Street, Lubbock, Texas 79401-4895. After the 7th day of storage, Lubbock I.S.D. will consider the property abandoned and ownership of property will revert back to Lubbock I.S.D. Lubbock I.S.D. may dispose of or re-sell the lot/lots at their discretion.
