REGARDING TITLE PAPERWORK: All title paperwork will be mailed to the winning bidder by the City of Lufkin once they have received the paid receipt and the vehicle has been removed from City property. The Seller DOES NOT provide transportation or loading services for buyers to remove their merchandise. Any and all methods of lifting, towing, and hauling, as well as all other methods or requirements for the removal and transport of the materials, equipment and/or vehicles, is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If merchandise is not removed by the final day for removal, the ownership of the merchandise will revert back to the Seller and they may dispose of or re-sell the item at their discretion.
Directions:	500 South Park is off College Drive (FM 819); College Drive can be reached from Highway 59 South(turn right on to College Drive - or if on Highway 59 North, turn left on to College Dr. At South Park & College Drive, turn left signage states City of Lufkin Solid Waste facility. City Fleet Garage is located at the Solid Waste facility, at the end of South Park. College Drive (FM 819) also is reachable from Loop 287. Turn right off College Drive to South Park.
