Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control - Dallas is a defense plant under contract to the U.S. government. Plant security is strict, is mandated by the Department of Defense, and cannot be violated. ALL BIDDERS MUST BE US CITIZENS IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN LOCKHEED MARTIN AUCTIONS! YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE SEARCHED before being admitted to the plant. Once admitted to the plant, you will be escorted at all times. Your vehicle and the auction items being picked up will be inspected before departing the plant. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the guidelines below:

* Anyone seeking admittance to the plant must show a valid form of picture identification; i.e., current driver's license or military ID;
* You must have a paid receipt issued by René Bates Auctioneers, Inc.;
* No children under the age of 18 years;
* No animals;
* No weapons or weapon paraphernalia (guns, rifles, shotguns, BB guns, compressed air guns or rifles, knives more than 3˝ inches in length, spent or unspent ammunition, no compressed air gun or rifle cylinders, etc.)
* No illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia;
* No explosive devices, chemical compounds or mixtures, fire works and/or dangerous substances;
* No device with electronic and/or photographic recording capability (still or video cameras, cell phones with cameras, exposed or unexposed rolls of film, etc.);
* No devices designed to intercept aural or electronic communications or conduct electronic surveillance;
* No alcoholic beverages;
* No pornographic material and/or paraphernalia
* No gambling equipment and/or paraphernalia.

Children under the age of 18 years will not be allowed on the site.

PLEASE NOTE! This online auction has staggered ending times. When you click on “ALL ITEMS” (above) the first online auction item will close at 8:00 PM. Each online auction item will close one minute after the previous. For Example: The first online auction item closes at 8:00 PM. The second online auction item closes at 8:01 PM. The third online auction item closes at 8:02 PM. This will continue until all online auction items have closed. Also note that extended bidding is still in place. Therefore, if the first online auction item goes into extended bidding the second online auction item will still close at 8:01 PM and the third online auction item will still close at 8:02 PM, etc. (unless they also go into extended bidding) while the first online auction item is still in extended bidding. LMMFC DOES NOT provide transportation or loading services for buyers to remove their merchandise. Any and all methods of lifting, towing, & hauling are the buyer's responsibility.
