AUCTION REGISTRATION AND REQUIRED BIDDER’S DEPOSIT: All bidders must register with Rene Bates Auctioneers, Inc. online at www.renebates.com. Bidders must submit a cashier’s check to Rene Bates Auctioneers, Inc. in the amount of $20,000.00, made payable to the City of McKinney, Texas, prior to bidding. The deadline for receiving a bidder’s number and for submitting the $20,000.00 is March 20, 2017 by 3:00 PM CST. Once the bidder’s deposit is received, the bidder will be emailed their bidder number and will be activated to bid. Unsuccessful bidders shall receive their deposit back within five business days following the close of the auction.

PROPERTY CONDITION: The information given in this auction is subject to inspection and verification by all parties. No liability for its accuracy, errors or omissions is assumed by the Seller, Auctioneer or its Agent(s). Any information contained in the listing and all related materials are subject to the terms and conditions of the Auction Purchase Agreement and Sale Agreement. CLOSING: Upon acceptance of the offer by the Seller, the Closing of the sale of the Property by Seller to Buyer shall occur at the offices of the Title Company on a date which shall be not later than thirty (30) days after the Effective Date, unless Seller and Buyer mutually agree in writing to an earlier or later date ("Closing Date"). Buyer shall set the Closing Date and notify Seller at least two (2) days before the scheduled Closing Date. Total balance will be due at Closing.
