If remitting payment in cash, you must have the exact change. Signature Towing, Inc. will not be able to accept cash payments for auction purchases unless you have the correct amount.
All payments for this auction are due to Signature Towing Inc. no later than 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 24, 2017. NO EXTENSIONS OR EXCEPTIONS TO THE PAYMENT DATE. FAILURE TO REMIT PAYMENT BY DUE DATE WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF DEPOSIT AND BIDDING PRIVILEGES.
REMOVAL AND PAYMENT: By appointment only. Appointments will be scheduled for Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm ONLY. NO REMOVAL APPOINTMENT - NO REMOVAL - STRICTLY ENFORCED. YOU MUST HAVE A DRIVER'S LICENSE OR PICTURE ID TO PICK UP ITEMS. All items must be removed by January 24, 2017. After this date, a $27 per day, per item storage fee will be charged to the buyer.
If you are sending a third party "person, individual, transportation service or movers" to pick up the items, they must have a copy of the INVOICE and a valid Driver's License or picture ID. If they do not have these items, they will not be allowed to remove any items. THEY MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO REMOVE ITEMS.
NO VEHICLES OR EQUIPMENT MAY BE WORKED ON OR REPAIRED ON THE PROPERTY. ALL ITEMS MUST BE EITHER DRIVEN, TOWED OR TRAILERED OUT OF THE IMPOUND YARD.

REGARDING TITLE PAPERWORK: All title paperwork will be available for you when you go to pick up your item and will be transferred to the successful bidder's name ONLY. Signature Towing, Inc. will charge $50.00 to replace any and all title paperwork. Bidders are required to sign a statement upon receipt of their paperwork stating that they agree to and understand that they have 30 days from the date of the auction to transfer their paperwork into their names. ANY REQUEST FOR REPLACEMENT PAPERWORK AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE AUCTION WILL BE DENIED.
The Seller DOES NOT provide transportation or loading services for buyers to remove their merchandise. Any and all methods of lifting, towing, and hauling, as well as all other methods or requirements for the removal and transport of the materials, equipment and/or vehicles, is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If merchandise is not removed by the final day for removal, the ownership of the merchandise will revert back to the Seller and they may dispose of or re-sell the item at their discretion.
