IMPORTANT PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
All payments for this auction must be received no later than 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 3, 2017.

Payment should be sent overnight payable to Rene' Bates Auctioneers, Inc. in the form of a cashier's check or money order to:

All payments totaling over $10,000.00 MUST be paid with a single cashier’s check or via wire transfer. (The wire transfer fee will be waived. You will need to contact our office for wire transfer instructions.)

If you want to pay in person you may visit our branch located at 2414 W. University, Ste. 122-A, McKinney, Texas 75071 between the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

PLEASE INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE WITH YOUR PAYMENT. If we do not receive payment by the due date, your account will be temporarily deactivated pending receipt of payment.

For any taxable purchases, if you are claiming purchases for resale OR if you are tax exempt, please include the appropriate tax form with your payment. The resale and exemption forms can be found on our website by clicking on the Help Menu and then "Forms". All previously submitted resale or exemption forms are kept with individual auctions so you must send a new form with each payment. We will not refund sales tax paid after a paid receipt has been issued so please ensure that your resale or exemption certificates are properly completed and submitted with your payment. Any requests for refund of sales tax after the sale is completed will be issued a Form 00-985 Assignment of Right to Refund in lieu of a refund of sales tax paid. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Any items taxed with a TERP sales tax includes the 1.5% State of Texas TERP surcharge.

REMOVAL: FIRST YOU MUST GO TO THE PURCHASING OFFICE AT 901 B Texas Street, Denton, Texas 76209 to process all paperwork. After the paperwork you then will be able to removal your item. Removal will be Monday through Friday ONLY between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. All items must be removed by 4:00 pm, Friday, May 12, 2017. YOU MUST HAVE A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT TO PICK UP ITEMS. After May 12, 2017, a storage fee of $25.00 per day, per item will be charged to the buyer for any items that have not been removed.

Prior arrangements MUST be made if a person other than the bidder is picking up item(s). A signed letter, along with a copy of the Bidder's DL stating they have permission to pick up item(s), and a copy of Bidder's Paid Receipt will be requested. We will also request DL for verification from the person picking up and may make a copy for our file.

REGARDING PAPERWORK: FIRST you must go to the Purchasing Office at 901 B Texas Street, Denton, Texas 76209 to arrange processing of your title paperwork. YOU MUST GO THEIR FIRST BEFORE PICKING UP YOUR ITEMS! All title paperwork will be transferred to the successful bidder's name ONLY.

Winning bidder must supply adequate manpower to load all items within a timely manner. City of Denton employees will not be able to assist in loading auction items.

Lots purchased must be removed in their entirety. Items abandoned or not picked up without written authorization from the City of Denton, Texas MAY result in the loss of future bidding privileges in City of Denton, Texas auctions.

The Seller DOES NOT provide transportation or loading services for buyers to remove their merchandise. Any and all methods of lifting, towing, and hauling, as well as all other methods or requirements for the removal and transport of the materials, equipment and/or vehicles, is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If merchandise is not removed by the final day for removal, the ownership of the merchandise will revert back to the Seller and they may dispose of or re-sell the item at their discretion.
