AUCTION REGISTRATION AND REQUIRED BIDDER’S DEPOSIT: All bidders must register with Rene Bates Auctioneers, Inc. online at www.renebates.com. Bidders must submit a bidder’s deposit in the form of a cashier’s check to the City of League, City, Texas in the amount of $5,940.00, made payable to the City of League City, Texas, prior to bidding. The deadline for receiving a bidder’s number and for submitting the bidder’s deposit is January 18, 2017 by 3:00 PM. Send the deposit to: City of League City, Shawna Tubbs, Purchasing Manager, 300 W. Walker St., League City, Texas 77573. Unsuccessful bidders shall receive their deposit back within four business days following the close of the auction. If closing does not occur post auction due to no fault of the City or Auctioneer, the winning bidder forfeits the bidder’s deposit.
